Delush Polish's Star Gazer

[Press Kit]

Today, I was be continuing my second post from the blogger kit that I had received from Femme Fatale Cosmetics. I will be having Delush Polish's Star Gazer.

Star Glazer is not that a glitter dense polish that you will only need one coat, to get the ideal glitter coverage. It required me to do put on 2 coats, with some fishing and dabbing of the glitters on to my nails. However, the effect of this polish is extremely nice. With the choice of colors made by the maker, it stands out really well on a black base.

As seen on this black base (Using OPI's Black Onyx), this glitter really stands out well, bringing out the life in the dullness of black. The brightly colored glitters would make any nails go from gloomy, to happy. This is exactly a polish that is ideal for spring/summer to bring out the warmness and vibrant in life.

As seen from the macro shot of this polish below, this is a clear base polish with an assortment of neon glitters. In this, we have neon pink squares and stars,  small purple hexes, large neon green hexes, large neon yellow circles and small yellow, blue, pink circles. Somehow, in this macro shot, the neon pink stars and large neon yellow circles were covered up by other glitters, however, you could see them on my nails!

I used 2 coats of OPI's Black Onyx, 2 coats of Delush Polish's Star Gazer along with some fishing and dabbing of glitter, and 1 coat of Glisten and Glow's Stuck on Blu! Base Coat and Hk Girl Top Coat to achieve this look. A rather smooth application despite the fishing! On the first coat, it was mostly the smaller glitter being applied with around 1-2 larger glitter. Therefore, do ensure you have them pre-shaked one hour before using to ensure that the glitter are not all stuck to the bottom of the bottle.
